Peachjar is the only platform dedicated to connecting school districts, community organizations, and families. Our platform provides one central location for information distribution and access to more than 25% of the nation's parents and guardians.
As a contract service provider, Peachjar provides instructions to districts to implement a secure protocol that enables digital flyer distribution via email. Upon launch, parents are automatically registered and receive a welcome email. Parents do not need to take action to begin receiving digital flyers.
District-approved information is sent directly to parent and guardians email. They are then able to open and navigate the platform.
Research shows that many parents without internet access at home have other ways to go online. For example, many parents use a smartphone to go online through their cellular network or use/borrow a computer at work or a public library.
Our user interface has language selection
for parent/guardian users but the flyers are
not translated by the platform.
Yes! Teachers and other school staff can register on Peachjar to receive information for their school.
Peachjar flyers are fully WCAG 2.0 A & AA compliant. These are the guidelines by which the Office of Civil Rights requires the school district’s digital content to comply with. Additionally, any parent/guardian can request that their flyers arrive in a text-only format. For more information, visit the accessibility section of our website.
Community Organizations
Create an account for Community Organizations, upload your flyer, select schools (make sure that you're adhering to the district's flyer guidelines), select distribution dates, pay, and submit.
it will be routed to the selected school district(s) for approval. You will be notified by email once your flyer approval status changes. You can also view your flyer’s status in the "Submissions" section of your account under "Pending School District's Approval."
If a school district denies your flyer, the credits are returned to your account so that you can make any requested edits to your flyer and resubmit, or submit the flyer to schools in a different district.
Pricing is determined by the number of schools you are looking to reach. Discounts are available for your first purchase and purchasing in bulk. You can review our pricing information for more.
At Peachjar, we strive to make our service as affordable as possible for all organizations, regardless of organization type. To make it even more affordable, we offer additional discounts when purchasing credits in bulk.
Families
Information is sent directly to your email and you can access the platform to search, sort, and save flyers.
No. As a contract service provider to school districts, Peachjar never shares your email address or uses it for any purpose other than the distribution of school/district-approved communication.
Your school district determines the distribution schedule but it is a maximum of once per day.
First, verify that your school district is using Peachjar by searching our school finder. If your school is using Peachjar and you have not received a welcome email, you can register on Peachjar’s website.
