    • How is this different from my other electronic flyer communication tools?

      Other flyer communication tools require you to upload flyers to the school/district website where your parents just see a series of links. Additionally, with other tools, you're stuck with a time-consuming, manual method of approving flyers from program providers.

      Peachjar automates the entire process! A digital image of each flyer is sent directly to parents, not links. Digital flyers are posted online and removed automatically when they expire. Plus, Peachjar's digital flyer approval management system saves hours of time each week.

    • Do our parents need to register in order to receive digital flyers?

      As a contract service provider, Peachjar provides instructions to districts to implement a secure protocol that enables digital flyer distribution via email. Upon launch, parents are automatically registered and receive a welcome email. Parents do not need to take action to begin receiving digital flyers unless your school district has informed you otherwise.

    • Will parents receive other digital flyers through this system?

      The only flyers that parents receive are ones that have been approved by the school/district.

    • What if parents don’t want to receive digital flyers?

      Parents can easily unsubscribe or change their delivery preferences.

    • How do parents see digital flyers?

      District-approved digital flyers are emailed directly to parents’ inboxes as images. Additionally, parents can click on the Peachjar button located on their school’s homepage to view digital flyers.

    • What if some of our parents do not have internet access?

      Research shows that many parents without internet access at home have other ways to go online. For example, many parents use a smartphone to go online through their cellular network or use/borrow a computer at work or a public library. Additionally, since schools are saving thousands of dollars each year with Peachjar, many districts use the savings to provide a parent resource computer in the front office of each campus that gives parents the ability to go online to view school flyers and other info on their school website. Finally, some schools choose to place a few paper flyers in their front office area.

    • How does Peachjar get paid if you don’t charge schools to distribute flyers?

      Peachjar offers a variety of service plans. Our most popular plan enables districts to implement Peachjar at low cost since program providers pay a small service fee to use the system. The service fee is typically lower than the cost of copying and delivering paper flyers to your schools.

    • What if we have parents that don’t speak English?

      Since Peachjar sends flyers digitally, there is no extra cost to distribute flyers with an additional page in another language.

    • Can we send digital newsletters?

      Yes! A big advantage of Peachjar is the ability to send colorful, multi-page digital flyers without wasting tons of paper.

    • How soon do parents receive digital flyers once approved?

      The default flyer delivery frequency is daily. Parents can change their delivery preference to immediately, daily, or weekly.

    • Can we send all our flyers to parents in a single email on the same day each week?

      Yes! School and district staff can schedule the digital flyers they create for release on a designated day. Those digital flyers will be grouped and delivered in a single email with the flyers distributed by program providers that are approved by district staff on the same designated day of the week.

    • What if a parent has children at different schools in the district?

      Parents that have children attending different schools will automatically receive digital flyers from each school.

    • Can teachers get digital flyers delivered to their inbox, too?

      Yes! Teachers and other school staff can register on Peachjar to receive digital flyers for their school.

    • How do I remove a digital flyer that I’ve already posted?

      Your digital flyer is automatically removed at the end of the selected campaign duration. You may remove your digital flyer manually, by logging in to your Peachjar account, selecting My Account in the top right corner, then My Flyers on the left hand menu, and clicking Delete under the school list for the flyer to be removed.

    • How did you get the name Peachjar?

      Peachjar represents preserving the sweetness of youth.

    Getting Started:

    • How do I create an account?

      To create an account, click the Sign Up button in the top right corner and complete the registration form. Once your account is registered, you can immediately start submitting digital flyers by clicking the ‘Send a Flyer’ link in your Peachjar account.

    • I already have a Peachjar account. What are my next steps?

      To ensure that your digital flyer complies with district requirements, we strongly recommend reviewing the District Flyer Guidelines of each school district you wish to distribute to before submitting your flyer.

      Next, log in to your Peachjar account and click ‘Send a Flyer’. Once you complete all steps of the flyer submission process, your digital flyer request will automatically be routed to the designated flyer approver at each of your selected school districts.

    • Why can’t I see the ‘Send a Flyer’ option in my account?

      If you were registered as a parent by your child’s school, you will need to contact us so that we can enable flyer uploading privileges in your Peachjar account.

    • I would like my flyer professionally designed. What services do you recommend?

      Fiverr offers professional freelance services, including flyer design for as low as $5. Browse through their large network to find a freelancer that meets your project needs. You can also try designing your own flyer using the free DIY design tool on Canva.

    • I need my flyer translated. What service do you recommend?

      You can get your flyer professionally translated on Fiverr for as low as $5.

    • How much does it cost to use Peachjar?

    • How do I purchase campaign credits?

      Credits can be purchased at any time by clicking on Buy Credits from the left side of your My Account page. You can also purchase credits after you upload your flyer, during checkout. The price varies depending on the amount purchased. See the Pricing page for more information.

    • What is included in my purchase?

      Each month's flyer purchase includes 1 email to parents and a 30-day posting on each selected school’s website. Use the calculator on our Pricing page to determine how many credits you will need for your campaign.

    • Can I buy credits for just the schools I want to send to?

      Yes, you can purchase the exact amount of credits required for the digital flyer campaign(s) in your cart. However, for maximum savings, we recommend purchasing a package that meets your long-term distribution needs. Use the calculator on our Pricing page to determine the best package for your organization.

    • Are there any discounts available?

      Yes, if you purchase flyer distribution for 20 or more schools, bulk discount pricing applies. Additionally, increasing your flyer campaign duration will give you a 40% discount on additional, consecutive months for the same flyer.

    • How long are credits good for?

      Peachjar credits never expire. You may use them right away or save them for a future campaign.

    • Why does Peachjar use credits?

      This pricing system allows program providers to take advantage of volume discounts.

    • My flyer was denied. How do I get my credits back?

      If your flyer has been denied, you may click 'Return Credits' under ‘My Flyers’ to immediately process a Peachjar account credit. If your flyer remains denied for 24 hours, the credits will automatically be returned to your Available Credits balance. We allow this 24-hour grace period in case the district decides to reverse their decision.

    • What is your refund policy?

      Peachjar’s service fee is non-refundable once the transaction is completed. If your flyer has been denied, you can use the returned credits to resubmit your flyer for further review or to distribute to other schools available on Peachjar.

    Flyer Submission Process

    • Which school districts can I distribute flyers to?

      The available districts and schools are displayed during the flyer submission process. You can also view them here. Schools are added to Peachjar daily so check back regularly!

    • What kind of files can I upload to Peachjar?

      Flyers must be uploaded in .PDF format and cannot exceed a file size of 6MB. If your flyer does not meet these requirements, you can compress or convert your file using Smallpdf or any other PDF editing tool.

    • I have a multi-page flyer. How do I upload the additional pages?

      Flyers with multiple pages must be uploaded as a single .PDF file. You can use a program like Adobe Acrobat or Smallpdf to combine multiple files into one.

    • Each school or district I am distributing to has their own flyer requirements. How do I upload a different flyer for each school?

      At checkout, there is an ‘Add Another Flyer’ button that you can click to upload a unique flyer for each school.

    • Why can’t I see the district or school that I would like to send to?

      If you do not see the district or school you would like to distribute flyers to, it is possible that they are not yet using Peachjar or are in the process of implementing Peachjar. If you believe your desired school or district is in fact missing, please contact us.

    • How can I find out when a new school district gets added to Peachjar?

      We announce new school district launches on our Facebook and Twitter pages, so be sure to follow us for regular updates!

    • How do I send my flyer to school and district staff?

      During the flyer submission, choose ‘For District Staff’ as your flyer category. When you select your schools, you will only see the school districts that have enabled the ability to distribute flyers to school and district staff. Upon approval, your flyer will be sent to all staff members that have been uploaded to Peachjar by the school district administrator.

    • Can I select a future flyer distribution date?

      Yes, during the flyer submission, you can either select ‘Upon Approval’ or ‘Specific Date’ for your posting date. If you choose ‘Upon Approval’, parents will receive your flyer within 24 hours from the time of school district approval.

    • What are the benefits of selecting a longer flyer duration?

      When you distribute your flyer for longer than one month, you receive a 40% discount on each additional, consecutive month of your campaign. With a multi-month distribution, you will also reach parents every 30 days during the selected duration, which increases conversions.

    • How do I add a call to action button to my flyer?

      When uploading your flyer, you have the option to add a ‘Learn More’ button and an additional call-to-action of your choice. To add a button, select your call-to-action, paste your website URL into the corresponding field, and then click ‘Validate & Add’.

    • Why can’t I submit a flyer on my mobile phone?

      Peachjar currently does not offer the ability to submit flyers via mobile. The flyer submission process involves uploading a PDF of your flyer, which is best accomplished on a desktop view.

    • How long does my flyer stay on each school’s Peachjar webpage?

      Your flyer stays up for the duration you select at the time of upload.

    • How does my flyer get approved?

      Once you receive confirmation that your flyer has been paid for and submitted through Peachjar, it will be routed to the appropriate school district(s) for approval. You will be notified once your flyer approval status changes. You can also view your flyer’s status by logging in to your account and selecting ‘My Flyers’.

    • How long will it take for my flyer to get approved?

      Generally, it takes 1-3 business days for school districts to take action on a flyer approval request. However, approval timeframes may vary, so we suggest submitting your flyer at least 1 week in advance and selecting a future distribution date to ensure your flyer is distributed in time for your session or event.

    • I submitted my flyer to several districts where it was approved at some and is still pending at others. How do I remove the pending flyers?

      Please contact us to remove the pending flyers and return your credits.

    • How do I remove a flyer for an event or activity that has already passed?

      Your digital flyer is automatically removed at the end of the chosen duration. You may remove your digital flyer manually, by logging in to your Peachjar account, selecting ‘My Flyers’ on the left-hand menu, and clicking the Delete button under the school list for the flyer to be removed.

    • My flyer was just approved, when will parents receive it?

      Please allow up to 24 hours for parents to receive your flyer.

    • How do I know when my flyer will be distributed to parents?

      You will be notified via email once the school district has taken action on your flyer approval request. To receive a copy of your digital flyer via email, you can sign up to receive flyers from one of your selected schools on the Notification Preferences page in your account.

    Flyer Performance

    • How can I see how many parents have looked at my flyer?

      Flyer metrics are available in your Peachjar account on the ‘My Flyers’ and  ‘Flyer Metrics’ pages, which can be accessed through the left panel of your dashboard. The flyer metrics include total sends, opens, and clicks.

    • What do these flyer metrics mean?

      Total Emails Sent is the number of unique recipients your flyer was successfully delivered to via email. Bounces and invalid emails are automatically filtered out by Peachjar and are not included in this number.

      Total Emails Opened is the number of unique recipients that have opened an email containing your flyer. If a recipient opened the same email multiple times, it will be counted only once.

      Total Clicks includes the cumulative number of clicks from the email, school flyer landing page, call to action buttons, and social share buttons.

    • How do parents access flyers through the school’s website?

      Each school has a Peachjar button on their website that parents can click to view all active digital flyers. Flyers can be filtered by category and sorted by most recent, most popular, title, expiring soon, and recently expired.

    • How can I maximize my digital flyer results?

      Since many digital flyers are viewed on smartphones or tablets, it is important to keep this in mind when designing your flyer.     • Do I need to login to view digital flyers?

      No, digital flyers will be delivered directly to your email. If you wish to see more information on a digital flyer in your inbox, simply click on the desired flyer. You can also access your school's Peachjar page by clicking the Peachjar button on your school's website.

    • Why can't I log in?

      If you are having trouble logging in, please try the following steps:

      1. Reset your password via our password reset form.
      2. Update your web browser.
      3. Update your flash player from
      4. Try a different web browser. We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
      5. Clear your browser's cookies and cache and restart your browser.

      If you need help with any of the previous steps or have completed all of them and still cannot log in, please contact Peachjar support.

    • How do I add or remove a school that I'm receiving digital flyers from?

      If you have children in more than one school in the district, you will automatically receive digital flyers from each school. You can also add or remove a school manually by following the directions below.

      1. Login to your Peachjar account.
      2. At the top, click on "My Account".
      3. From the menu on the left, choose "Notification Preferences".
      4. To remove a school, click the "Remove School" button next to the name of the school you would like to be removed.
      5. To add a school, click "Add School(s)".
      6. Find the school you would like to add by choosing your state then district from the drop down menus. The school list will populate below. Highlight the school you wish to add and click Add School(s).
    • Will my email address be shared or used for other purposes?

      As a contract service provider to school districts, Peachjar never shares your email address or uses it for any purpose other than the distribution of school/district-approved communication.

    • Will I receive flyers that have not been approved by my school?

      No. Peachjar only distributes flyers that have been approved by your school and/or district office.

    • How often will I receive flyers?

      The default flyer delivery frequency is set to Daily. This means a flyer will be sent within 24 hours of it being posted. To change your delivery frequency, please log in to your Peachjar account. Click "My Account" on the top then "Notification Preferences" on the left. From there, you will have a drop down menu to select your preference.

    • How do I post a digital flyer for my school’s parent group?

      If you are a parent group representative seeking to post a digital flyer to your school, contact your school office staff. Your school admin may grant you uploading privileges or may choose to upload your digital flyer on your behalf. If your school admin grants you uploading privileges, you may learn more by viewing our How to Upload a Digital Flyer help page.

    • How do I remove a flyer if I am a parent group uploader?

      Flyers are automatically removed at the end of the chosen duration. If you wish to remove the flyer earlier, you may do so manually from the "My Flyers" page within your Peachjar account.

    • I want to receive digital flyers but nothing is being sent to me. How can I register?

      Register for an account on Peachjar to start receiving digital flyers from your school today!

    • When I went to register, it said I already have an account. How is that possible?

      Peachjar and your school district have teamed up to create an account for you, so no action is required on your part unless your school has informed you otherwise. You will receive an email from Peachjar with your username and password when your school begins using Peachjar.

      If your school has already started using Peachjar, you can reset your password as described under 'Why can't I log in?

      You can also try searching '' in your email account to locate the email and sign in to your account.
